Shipping Rates:

• Standard shipping fee: R150

• Free shipping for orders over R1000

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days.

• Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Delivery Attempts:
Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may impact delivery times.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
