Refund policy

Online orders

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. Return the item unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return delivery cost, or you can drop it off at our factory. We refund you within 30 days of receiving the return.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, email us within 6 months of receiving it at orders@pooltradersa.co.za with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will repair, replace or refund it.

Wrong orders

Please check your order before you place it. Items ordered by mistake follow the 7-day cancellation rule above.

Opened chemicals

For safety reasons, opened pool chemicals cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Trade and wholesale customers

Returns on trade and wholesale orders are accepted for faulty products only.
